We ship using USPS and offer a few of their different options that you may select at check-out

Shipping Rates

From time to time, Lucky Ridge Outdoors may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Lucky Ridge Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
